We (my husband and i)bought our own bed coverings, towels, and wiped down our room, ( our choice - COVID precautions).

I had hoped upon our leaving the manger would have considered giving us a discount, she did not, but offered a $20 food credit( useless we were leaving that morning)įinal note, as I expressed upon my arrival to the concierge, I am sensitive to the staffing shortages and salary challenges regarding staff and tip well regardless of service. The website says the pool was open) but it’s the principal since I made the reservation a month in advance. ( btw- the pool was not open anyway - we did not know that until 2 days later. After a 5 hour drive, we did not want to wait another 45 min in hope to get the right room. Upon arrival we waited 45 min- for our room (as it was not ready.) When we got to the room, it was not what I reserved( deluxe king non smoking pool view). Unfortunately I cannot give a great review.
